Sounds yummy! Then again to me, if it has chocolate, of course it is yummy!

I thought I would send you a few of our family favorites every now and then- basically when I remember and take the time. Aaron's favorite thing is tacos/mexican, so I have reinvented them in several ways. It keeps the kids and I from getting bored with them.

1.TACO DIP CASSEROLE
*make your taco meat with taco seasoning as usual
*take your favorite baking/casserole dish and layer the bottom with a big can of refried beans (I like to warm mine up a little first. It makes them easier to spread.)
*layer your taco meat on top of the beans
*in a mixing bowl mix one regular size container of sour cream and one package of cream cheese together with one packet of taco seasoning, layer on top of the meat( I recommend letting the cream cheese sit out a little while to soften before mixing.)
*put lots of cheese on the top
*bake in the oven until warm and the cheese is melted, usually takes about 15 minutes on 350

It is also good if you use seasoned chicken instead of hamburger.

On the above recipe you eat it with tortilla chips and all of the other toppings you desire. I forgot to mention that.

2. TACO LASAGNA
*make your taco meat with taco seasoning as usual
*take your favorite casserole dish place tortillas on the bottom
*layer refried beans on top of the tortillas (again- I prefer to warm mine up for easy spreading)
*layer meat on top of refried beans
*layer shredded cheese on top of meat
*layer tortillas on top of cheese and repeat layers until you want to stop
*bake in oven until warm and cheese is melted-the amount of time depends on the amount of layers you have

Again using seasoned chicken is also good, and all of your cold toppings like: tomatoes, onions, lettuce, etc. you add as you serve.

3. TACO CRESCENTS
*make taco meat with taco seasoning as usual
*take two crescents and keep in the rectangular shape, smush the seperation together to make one instead of two
*put taco meat and shredded cheese in the middle
*bring the corners together and close the crescent around the meat and cheese
*bake in the oven at 350 for about
25 to 30 minutes
*serve with all of your favorite taco toppings

I don't know if this one is good with chicken. I haven't tried it yet.
